Lorena and her husband are the best team! I had a disco rodeo theme for my birthday party and had reached out to Lorena to see if she could do a specific balloon arch. She got back to me very promptly with all the info after I gave her an inspiration photo. She was also very transparent when someone else tried to book the same night as my party before I had officially reserved my spot with a deposit. She gave me a courtesy heads up if I still wanted the date which I thought was really nice of her to do.The actual balloon arch itself was EXACTLY what I was looking for. The quality was even better than I could ask for. Also having someone else take care of set up and take down of the main centerpiece of my party was well worth the money.This duo was so easy to work with and they were both so sweet!! Lorena was beyond impressive and made my 5 year olds Ninja Turtle birthday party a huge success. She was extremely communicative, creative, talented, and an absolute please to work with. Wow, Lorena exceeded my expectations!!! She had extremely quick responsiveness, was punctual to set up, and went above and beyond to put thought and care into my son's birthday decorations. I didn't have my thoughts quite aligned when I came to her, but she took my theme and balloon location and became an artist with the balloon work! My son will freak out when he wakes up and I will be sure to add more pictures later. On top of all the positives above, her prices are great for the value provided. Her quick turn-around for setup was also a major plus. She even brought an extra set of balloons just for my birthday boy to carry around with him.
